2020 FAQ
1. Do you accept refunds or exchanges? 
I do not. Because of the nature of my business (cosmetics) all sales are final. However if there was an issue with your order, please contact me through dm or email (mamalashescompany@gmail.com) with photos so I can attempt to find a solution. 
2. Are there any discount codes?
There is always a discount code! I have ambassadors and their codes are on my Instagram highlights. I occasionally have promos and deals of the day! 
3. How much is shipping? And how long does it take to get my order?
Shipping is $5. My processing time is 3-5 days at most. I usually ship once a week early in the week so you are expected to get your orders in 3-7 Business days. 
4. What if I don’t have a debit card? 
If you live in the Long Beach Area I may be able to schedule a pickup so you can pay in cash. Dm me if this is your case. 
5. What is the best way to contact you? 
Through my email or Instagram dm. Please allow up to 72 hours for a response even though I’m usually quick to reply. 
6. What if I am interested in being an ambassador?
On my Instagram it will say if I am looking for ambassadors. If I am and you meet the requirements please dm me. But ambassadors are required to make a purchase before being officially into my program.
